Don Doty,
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Doty, co-founder of Doty Moore Tower Services LLC, is a
pioneer in the broadcast tower industry. Elected Chairman of the
National Association of Tower Erectors (NATE) in 2006, and on the
board of Directors for the past 13 years.

In addition to positions as Chairman & Vice
Chairman, Mr. Doty has also served
as Chairman of the OSHA Relations Committee for 11 years, from which
he stepped down to Committee member status to better serve the
duties of NATE Chairman. Mr. Doty maintains positions on the
Legislative Committee and the NATE/OSHA Partnership Management Team.
Mr. Doty is an active contributor to publications in
the tower industry. His
extensive writing credentials include contributing articles for the
acclaimed Tower Times for the past 13 years, recently surpassing 160
articles in various capacities. Plus Mr. Doty has had numerous
speaking engagements for National Safety
Council (NSC), National Association of Broadcasters (NAB), the IEEE,
several SBE affiliates and many individual groups. In 2006 Mr.
Doty was selected by Michigan Occupational Safety and Health
Administration (MIOSHA) as a Consultant during the Negotiated
Rulemaking efforts regarding tower safety regulations.
A recognized expert in safety, Mr. Doty is a regular
speaker and advocate on various topics in the tower industry, from
safety engineering to OSHA compliance issues, frequently visiting
Washington, DC promoting safety initiatives.

Duane MacEntee, President
and COO
Duane
C. MacEntee is the President and Chief Operations Officer of
Stainless LLC and has enjoyed over twenty years of serving in
leadership and management roles within the telecommunications,
transportation and aerospace industries. |

For most of his career, Duane has applied his operations,
engineering, and legal experience to the infrastructure sector of
those industries.
Prior
to joining Stainless, Duane advised and consulted with corporate
clients regarding business strategy, process improvement and
organizational alignment. Duane was previously an executive
officer at SpectraSite Communications, Inc. where he served as its
Vice President of Field Operations and Corporate Administration and
was responsible for revenue
enhancement, cost optimization, regulatory compliance and risk
management. After
SpectraSite’s merger with American Tower Corporation, he remained
as ATC’s Vice President of
Compliance & Corporate Counsel.
Prior to SpectraSite, Duane was Director of Safety and Loss Control
at the NC Department of Transportation, Commissioner at the NC
Radiation Protection
Commission and Commissioner at the NC State
Emergency Response
Commission.
Previous to his tenure in state government, Duane was
an
engineering manager and engineer at the Kennedy Space Center in
Florida.
Duane
has a B.S. in Engineering Technology from the University of Central
Florida, an Executive M.B.A. from the Florida Institute of
Technology and a J.D. from North Carolina Central University.
Duane is also an active member of the American Bar
Association and the North Carolina State Bar where he is
admitted to
the practice of law. |

Pat Moore,
Senior Vice
President of Technical Services
Mr. Moore, co-founder of Doty Moore Tower Services LLC and leader in the broadcast tower industry. Mr. Moore was a charter member
of NATE. He continues to work closely with various government agencies and
industry associations to further the safety and knowledge of the industry.
In his 25 years in the broadcast industry Mr. Moore has improved the
safety and awareness in the industry while successfully completing the
most difficult projects in the most treacherous conditions. |

Tom Hoenninger, P.E.
Vice President of Engineering and Chief Engineer
Mr. Hoenninger is responsible for setting the design and quality standards for Stainless LLC and focuses on providing the safest and most economical communication broadcast towers customized to meet each client’s specific
needs.

He has 30 years of experience in structural engineering specifically in the design
and fabrication of complex structures making him one of the most respected engineers in the tower industry. Mr. Hoenninger has been with Stainless for
20 years. Previously he worked for FMC Corporation and Symons Corporation. He holds a BSCE and a MSCE in Structural Engineering from Drexel University.
Mr. Hoenninger is a licensed professional engineer in 26 states and is an active member of the ASTM,
ACI, ASCE, AISC, ASTM, ICC, NCEE, NSPE and
TIA professional organizations. He participates in ASTM subcommittee A01.02
and led the effort in having ASTM recognize round bar sizes for towers. He also participates in the TIA TR14.7 subcommittee that maintains “Structural Standards for Antenna Supporting Structures and Antennas” and
is an active contributor to
the 222 standard. Mr. Hoenninger performs peer reviews of submitted articles to
be published in the AISC Engineering Journal. He also authors Section 7.2 of the NAB Engineering Handbook, “Tower
Design, Erection and Maintenance.”
Mr. Hoenninger is a frequent contributor in tower engineering
publications. He
has presented insightful papers at industry events such as the NAB convention and
